Mr. Tan Tian Wooi
CA(M), CPA(M)
Group Managing Partner
Mr. Tan is a Member of Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Mr. Tan previously attached to Grant Thornton Malaysia as the Director of Assurance and Business Advisory, later joined UHY Malaysia and assumed the position of Head of Audit, then the Managing Partner.
Mr. Tan’s experience in assurance practice providing audit, compliance and business advisory services for the past 25 years and he has varied experience in audit, investigation, due diligence and business consultancy and through the years, his expertise opened doors for him to serve in the area of audit, corporate finance, corporate governance and various capacities in listed companies, banks, government agencies, trust, societies and multinational companies of various industries.
Mr. Tan has a track record of success for several initial public offers exercise, merger and acquisition transactions, in addition to being involved in several reverse take-over exercises.
Mr. Steve Ooi

Partner
Mr. Steve started his career with the Grant Thornton Malaysia, later Ernst & Young Malaysia and KPMG Singapore, later back to Grant Thornton Malaysia, was promote as Partner and assumed the role of one of audit group head.
Over the years, he had been involved in providing assurance services to a wide range of clients, from small local entrepreneurs to large multinational companies, as well as companies listed on Malaysia Stock Exchange and Overseas Stock Exchange, across the industries such as manufacturing, trading, stock broking, assets management, construction, property development, government agency, information technology, etc.
He also has undertaken financial due diligence review, special investigations, listing exercise and corporate exercise varying from acquisition, domestic or foreign based initial public offering.
Mr. Steve is a member of the Public Practice Committee of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and also a member of the Public Practice Committee of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Mr. Teoh Chey Yeat

Partner
Mr. Teoh started his career in Lai Kwang Hooi & Co and Yee Choon Kong & Co, later joined UHY Loh as audit manager, then promoted to Audit Partner and assumed the position of Head of Audit.
He has experience in providing audit and assurance services for the past 13 years covered both public and private companies involved in variety of industries including investment holding, transportation and logistics, food and beverage, property developer construction, manufacturing and trading.
He also has experience in assurance related assignments including financial and operational due diligence and Reporting Accountants Roles.
Ms. Lim Ge Ru
CA(M), ACTIM, FCCA

Ms. Lim started her career as tax associate in Interesources Tax Advisory Sdn. Bhd., later PKF as audit manager and then UHY Loh Penang as the Head of Audit and promote to Audit Partner, then UHY as an Audit Partner.
She has experience in providing audit and tax services for the past 14 years covered both public and private companies involved in variety of industries including properties, manufacturing, construction, logistics, financial services, telecommunications, oil and gas, chemical, food and beverage, shipping, technology and software.
She also has exposure in taxation including tax compliance, tax advisory, tax planning, tax field audit and tax investigations.
Ms. Lian Jat Meng
CA(M), FCCA
Technical Partner
Ms. Lian started her career with the Grant Thornton Malaysia, later Malaysian Accounting Standards Board (“MASB”), then UHY as the Head of Technical.
Her responsibilities in the Firm including providing technical supports, training to the professional staff, the compliance officer who overseeing the Firm’s quality control framework and managing compliance matters.
Before Ms. Lian takes up the technical role, she has been involved in a wide range of audit and assurance services including audit of both public and private companies, IPO exercise, financial due diligence and investigation audits.
During her tenure with the MASB, she has gained extensive experience in performing research on consultation papers, being the manager in-charge the IFRS convergence Task Force and various MASB working groups.
Mr. Simon Kuan Jun Xian

Mr. Simon started his career with the Grant Thornton Malaysia.
He has more than 9 years experience in the field of audit and advisory work. He handles both local and international companies covering a board spectrum of industries like construction, property development, manufacturing, trading, education, professional services, as well as companies listed in Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
Mr. Simon also has undertaken listing exercise, corporate exercise and financial due diligence review.
Ms. Chong Siew Siew

Director, Audit and Assurance
Ms. Chong started her career as an external auditor in Tan & Loh, later UHY Loh as senior manager before joining TGS Group.
She has more than 10 years’ professional experience in audit, tax and accounting and had over the years covered both public and private companies involved in various sectors comprising manufacturing, trading, servicing, investment holding, logistics and transportation, property development, construction, plantation, food and beverage.
Ms. Chong also has exposure in liquidation and internal audit services.
Mr. Quek Keng Yee

Principal, Audit and Assurance
Mr. Quek is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Mr. Quek began his career with Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT and held the role of senior manager before he joined a private company as the Head of Finance. He has more than 6 years’ experience in the field of audit and advisory work.
He is involved in statutory audits, limited reviews, agreed-upon procedures and special engagements, such as preparation of accountants’ report, review of cash flows forecast and projections, quarterly Bursa announcements, initial public offering (IPO), financial due diligence review of various companies, including multinational clients and public listed entities.
Ms. Loo Jia Xin

Director, Taxation
Ms. Loo started her career as tax associate in Interesources Tax Advisory Sdn. Bhd., later UHY Loh as audit supervisor.
She has more than 9 years’ experience in providing tax and audit services covered both public and private companies involved in variety of industries including logistics, property developer, construction and manufacturing.
She also has exposure in taxation including indirect tax such as Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) advisory and compliance, tax filed audit and tax investigation.
Ms. Lee Wan Yen, Elsa

Principal, Audit and Assurance
Elsa started her career with AdrianYeo PLT, later join as Assistant Manager in Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT then promoted to Audit Principal in Audit & Assurance department.
Elsa has more than 9 years of experience in audit and assurance work. She handles both local and international companies covering a broad spectrum of industries like property development, manufacturing, constructions, education, plantation, trading and professional service organisation etc.
Elsa has also been involved in audit for companies listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and has also been involved in financial due diligence review and corporate exercise involving the review of profit and cash flow forecast and she also assisted companies in obtaining listings on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and overseas stock exchange.
Mr. Aaron Ng Ting Shen

Aaron began his career with Kreston David Yeung PAC in Singapore before joining Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT as Audit Senior. He was left as an Assistant Manager in Audit & Assurance department before joining TGS TW PLT.
He has more than 6 years’ experience in audit and assurance field. He has handles both local and multinational company across various industries, including trading, manufacturing, construction, property development, non-profit organisation, education, logistic and other.
Aaron has been involved in statutory audits, limited reviews and agreed-upon procedures for companies listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Additionally, he also involved in due diligence review and corporate exercise including preparation of accountants’ report, review of cash flows forecast and projection.
