Mr. Tan has over 25 years of professional experience in assurance, audit, compliance, and business advisory. He began his career with Grant Thornton Malaysia, rising to Director of Assurance and Business Advisory, before joining UHY Malaysia where he was appointed Head of Audit and later promoted to Managing Partner.
Mr. Tan specializes in audit, investigation, due diligence, and consultancy, serving listed companies, banks, governance agencies, trusts, societies, and multinational corporations across diverse industries. He is also well-versed in corporate finance, corporate governance, and strategic advisory, offering practical insights to strengthen governance frameworks and support sustainable growth. He has a proven track record in major corporate exercises, including initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and reverse takeovers (RTOs).
