Ms. Lian has over 25 years of professional experience in audit, assurance, technical advisory, and compliance. She began her career with Grant Thornton Malaysia before joining the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board (MASB), where she contributed to IFRS convergence and technical working groups. She later joined UHY as Head of Technical.
At TGS Group, she oversees technical support and training, and serves as Compliance Officer, overseeing quality control and regulatory compliance. Her audit and assurance experience includes public and private companies, IPOs, due diligence, and investigation audits. She is recognized for her technical expertise in IFRS adoption and convergence.
Ms. Lian is regularly invited as a speaker by MIA, professional bodies, corporations, and universities. She also contributes as an industry expert for Sentral College Penang.
