Mr. Teoh has over 17 years of professional experience in audit and assurance. He began his career with Lai Kwang Hooi & Co and Yee Choon Kong & Co, before joining UHY Loh as Audit Manager. He was later promoted to Audit Partner and subsequently appointed as Head of Audit.
He has led statutory audits for listed companies and SMEs across sectors such as property development, construction, manufacturing, trading, logistics, financial services, retail, and services. His expertise covers statutory audit and assurance in compliance with MFRS, IFRS, and MPERS, as along with financial
reporting and corporate governance.
Mr. Teoh also handles due diligence reviews, IPOs, and special investigations. He is experienced in internal audit services, including internal control reviews and risk assessments. Previously, he was seconded as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a public listed company, gaining direct corporate finance experience in financial management, treasury, budgeting, and strategic planning.
